Firmware updates are performed wirelessly via the RIX+ mobile app. Connect the scope to the app through WiFi, and the app will notify you if a new firmware version is available. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged before starting.

RIX+ is the dedicated companion app for T50 4K, available on both iOS and Android. To connect: go to the WiFi settings in the scope's menu (long press Menu button → WiFi), turn WiFi on, then open the RIX+ app on your phone and scan for the device. The default WiFi name and password are displayed in the scope's device information menu.

The T50 4K offers 10 reticle styles (9 patterns plus OFF) and 4 colour options. You can switch reticle style using the Laser/Menu button inside the reticle settings, and toggle colours with the Record button. Additionally, there are 5 SPOA (calculated point-of-aim) icon styles and 4 ranging point styles to customise your shooting display.

PIP displays a magnified view of the centre area of your scope image in a smaller window at the top of the display. To activate: go to the PIP setting in the first-level menu, then short-press the Laser or Menu button to toggle it on/off. When PIP is active, rotating the encoder up zooms the PIP window in, and rotating down zooms it out.

Go to Menu → LRF Settings → LRF Calibration. Use the encoder to adjust the X-axis offset, then short-press Menu to switch to Y-axis adjustment. Align the ranging cursor with the centre of the laser spot, then short-press the Laser button to confirm. You can also choose the ranging data readout position (near centre or near edge) using the Record button.

The T50 4K has 5 preset image modes: two daytime modes — Day-STD (true-to-life colour, ideal for general daylight hunting and target identification) and Day-VIV (enhanced colour contrast, helps targets stand out against complex backgrounds) — plus a dedicated Night mode and additional variants optimised for low-light conditions. Switch between them by short-pressing the Power button on the main screen.

Yes, but depending on your suppressor diameter and barrel length, the view may be partially obstructed at the edge of the field of view. For extreme setups — such as a 24-inch (610mm) barrel plus an 8.5-inch (216mm), 58mm-diameter suppressor — the included standard mount covers most scenarios. If you experience edge obstruction, a higher mount may be required (42 mm or 48 mm). T50 4K ships with standard mounts (38mm); optional taller mounts may be available separately.

RAV automatically records a video clip when a shot is detected. To configure: go to Menu → Shock Settings → then toggle RAV on/off with the Laser/Menu button. You can select the recoil sensitivity level and choose the post-shot zoom magnification (3 levels plus OFF). When a shot is detected, the scope automatically captures a video that includes the moments before and after the shot.

The T50 4K menu system supports 10 languages. To change the language: go to Menu → Language Settings → Language Selection, rotate the encoder to browse available languages, and short-press the Laser/Menu button to confirm your selection.

The T50 4K comes with a 3 years standard manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. 1) Ballistic Parameter Settings — Find the "Zeroing Configuration" icon in the menu, press Laser/Menu to enter the configuration file list, rotate the encoder to select and confirm. Press Record to enter the ballistic parameter settings interface:

Edit each digit with the encoder, press Laser/Menu to move between digits, long-press to finish. Press EXIT → Save to confirm.

Note: Can also be set in the RIX+ app — data syncs automatically.

2) Zeroing Calibration — Press Record to enter the calibration interface:

Select the calibration distance, align the reticle with the target center and fire. When the impact point appears, press Laser to freeze the frame. Adjust X/Y offsets with the encoder to align the reticle with the impact point, then press EXIT → Laser to confirm and save. Press EXIT again to exit.

This indicates the IR cut filter is stuck inside the scope. The IR cut filter normally switches in/out automatically based on lighting conditions — it engages in bright daylight to block infrared light and restore natural colours, and disengages in low light to allow IR sensitivity. When it gets stuck, the image may appear with a strong red tint or lose colour entirely.

Solution: Gently tap the side of the scope body near the lens area. This often helps free the mechanical IR cut filter and restores normal colour imaging. If the problem persists after several attempts, please contact your local authorised dealer or distributor for further assistance.
