Refund policy
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
2. Change of Mind
For change of mind returns:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
For eligible cases, we will:
• Cover return shipping costs
• Provide a repair, replacement, or full refund after inspection
4. Returns & Refund Process
To initiate a return, please complete the RMA form and provide the required information.
Once your return request is approved:
• Return instructions will be provided
• Items must be returned as instructed
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Customers are responsible for return items until they are received and inspected by us.
5. Cancellations & Exceptions
• In-stock orders are typically processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Tracking details will be sent via email once shipped.
• To cancel or modify an order, please contact customer service within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time are subject to shipment status.
• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
• Items that are used or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
