All buyers purchasing products from RIX warrant that they are legally entitled to buy the product and possess the product in their jurisdiction and wholly indemnify RIX from any and all loss no matter how or when arising that may be incurred by any party as a result of the buyers purchase or possession or use of any product.
It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant laws in their jurisdiction. RIX makes no representation as to the right to purchase or possess any product advertised for sale on RIX .
RIX reserves the right to cancel, not ship or not complete any order for any reason.  In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be made.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:
    We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from your use or misuse of any product purchased from this website.
    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
    Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Force Majeure
RIX shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RIX , and RIX shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
